Fifty three years ago, interracial couples could not get married. In honor of the landmark case that legalized interracial marriage “Loving vs. Virginia,” Michele and Barton exchanged their wedding vows on the steps of the U.S Supreme Court on June 12th....the same day the ruling was announced making interracial marriage legal! Following their nuptials, Michele and Barton headed down to Black Lives Matter Plaza to join the protestors rallying for justice.
